This is a Yoshihiro 1141 Honesuki Kaku type 150 mm, made of 8A Molybdenum Vanadium Stainless Steel with Western style Wooden Handle.
1141 has a variety of Blade type; Gyuto, Paring Knife, Santoku, Sujihiki, Honesuki & Yo-Deba, etc.
