Sakai Takayuki White Steel #2 TOKUJYO Sakekiri Salmon Knife
The most reliable Sakai Takayuki model, "TOKUJYO" Professional Sakekiri(Salmon Knife) is created with the painstaking effort of top blacksmith craftsmen and knife grinders in Japan, which is made of Yasuki White Steel (Shirogami) #2.
"Sakekiri" Knife is a Single bevel knife, originally designed for cutting hard bones of big fish, such as Salmon and slicing them into pieces. Functionally similar to Deba Knife, but wider and thinner blade with Black Forging Finish.
