Yoshihiro Original Medium Finishing Whetstone #3000 with Wooden Base
Truly Genuine from Yoshihiro workshop(Official brand name as Goh Umanosuke Yoshihiro). There are 4 grit variation available, #400(Green), #1000(Orange)/#3000(White)/#8000(Green).
Medium Finishing whetstone #3000 is enough fine grid for Western type of knives(Chef's knives,etc.) for Finishing, and it would be also useful as Medium Finishing before sharpening by finer stones(#4000-#8000 or more) for traditional Japanese Knives.
Before using, just pour some water on surface and sharpen it.
