Wonderful

Recently purchased this and a white steel left handed deba after using a nakiri I fell in love with from Yui Senri for the past six months. The nakiri, my first touch into Japanese blades, made me an instant believer in Japanese craftsmanship. Every knife arrived within five days of purchase in memorable packaging. Razor sharp with beautiful saya sheaths and engravings, origami crane, sharpening instructions and personal letters.

Yui Senri is the real deal. I've been a professional chef for ten years, and these blades impress everyone that touches and uses them. They are worth every dollar and more.

We also appreciate your patronage and kind review.
